Experimental case study of the design of the oscillation based test structures of active RC filters is presented in which non-ideal characteristics of the employed opamps and MOS switches are considered. Experiments have shown that the proposed test structures with built-in switches are feasible and applicable in practice. They also point to the design constraints and can serve as guidelines for the preparation of the testing procedure.
